From Whitney Hugey who is coordinating:
I need to have an exact count and the names of every one attending the conference. Shelley (1st level), Daphne (2nd level), and Alan (3rd level) have collected a list of names from the specified levels. If you did not put your name down, but would like to attend the conference, please email me directly email@example.com or contact them by Tuesday (1/21/14) night. I need to collect a list of the 4th levels planning on attending. If anyone has collected a list or would be willing to email me one, that would be fantastic.
I will hopefully know by Friday 1/24/2014 how much of the fee the school is willing to assist with. I will let you all know when I know.
Also, we need drivers for the vans! If you are willing and able, you will need to go through a process in order to be approved to drive so please do that sooner rather than later! We need at least 4 more that I am aware of, currently we have only one person who has gone through the process and is allowed to drive. I believe we had a final count of 35 students wanting to ride in the vans so we need more drivers.
